In the proceeding of PCB shaping, because it request high precision
and greater producing capability, and the board materials became more
complicate, therefore high spindle speed, high precision and high feed
speed's shaping equipment became available to all gradiually; therefore
to relize the intention of high speed shaping and high precision's PCB
coated router is one of the key points of producing.

increase the no. of feeds, the design of dusting-groove and fault-groove also 
improve the rigidity of blades; and at the surface handling, super compound 
metal cutting router has the characteristic of high hardness, but in opposite 
way,it's not good in the chemical characteristic of resistance of oxidize and
cutting material.Therefore it coated a material as the cladding material to
increase the ability of router. Cosmos' router coated with Zrx , Hfx, Cx, Nx 
these element membrances, which is been through a physical splashing procedure 
with law tempture of 120-380 degree, let the coating material be cleaning in 
the air with electron beam, after that, put it in the vacuum-stove and increase 
the tempreture, this procedure which made the pellet of coating material smaller, 
and stronger adhesive force, it also can increase the cutting speed, durability, 
and the resistance of the rate of  broken router, and getting more accuracy 
of cutting size.
