World's first time exploitation--Coated router, it's a complete different coating 
technology in the PCB market. Now it's in Japan's market.

The router is the product of a "Leading Venture Technique" enterprise-Cosmos Vacuum 
Technology Corp. (General Manager-Zhong Lin Zhou) tooks 2 years to developed  with 
the coating technique. 

During the years, because the package of PCB & BGA became smaller and smaller, and 
the router became multiple types, less procreation. anotherway, the processing 
developed form the mold processing transmit to the one with a good precicion and 
suitable for the router processing of multiple types and less procreation, But 
at the time  that PCB size becomes smaller and the processing factory grown up,
under the situation, the speed of processing becomes slower, less durability of 
router, continuing changing cutting tools, these problems couse the high cost of
preceeing .

To find the way to solve the problems out, they tested the coatedrouter made with 
Ti these types of heat-resistant metals, but none of them is stable, therefore none
of them is able to use.

General manager-Zhoe zhong Lin, made use of the researching experience in the
formal Vacuum Technology Centre in Russian, and did the researching of a special 
coated of Zirconium with the scientists in the same Technology centre, and developed
the one and only, made with the special Zirconium and under the sitution of  vacuum 
and low tempurature, use PVD to created the Super hardness Coated Router.

Because it applied this technology, the Coated Router would not be dammage in high
tempture, and coated an excellent and unlossable Zr material at the Router. the 
hardness became 4000 after coated (normal is 2000), it's a extremely high hardness
Router, therefore the Router is called The Router With Tenacity !

The router do the processing under high spindle speed (45,000~50,000rpm), high feed
speed (1.0~1.2m/min), and the number of overlapping bpards increased (normally 
processed under increasing 25%), therefore solve the faults of processing at the 
moment.

Cosmos Vacuum Technology provided the big PCB factory coated routers to do the 
BGA processing. The factory which used Cosmos' products, the lifetime increase 5~10
times and the procreation also increase extremely higher.
