    Ultra-small router is the cutting tool of  cutting PCB, therefore we
have the Life time test and rigidity test these 2 way to test it.

1.Life Time Test:   Because Router is cutting the PCB with the ro-
                    tational speed, therefore 2 mechanism paramet-
                    ers---Spindle speed and Feed speed. Spindle speed
                    help to cut, and feed speed represent the rate of 
                    cutting;  both parameters complement each other 
                    and the way to measure the life time had 3 repre-
                    sentative parameters:

   A:Remaining Dust-Means while we are cutting the cannelure we
                    cuted, remained small piece of PCB that have 
                    not been suck out by the vacuum pump, norma-
                    lly if find exceed 30% in cannelure, means the
                    life time of remaing dust.


   B:Broken router- Means the life time of the router, because at the
                    moment the router is broken, can't be use anymore.

   C:Precision    - When cuts the PCB, it had a common difference
                    that it requires to know about, if it exceed, means
                    the PCB board is a bad quality board. Normally the
                    common difference is ± 0.05 MM.

2.Rigidity test:    Means to investigate the router life time
                    by increasing the feed speed.
